How do they fail so bad with photoshop? Maybe they are just overtly telling us that this isn't the only thing photoshopped. But we already know that. |

You can see the curve of her neck where it should start leading to shoulders but then proceeds for a few more inches down (that's what she said).
I think they shopped it in order to accommodate the text.

It's called "hair." It can fall over one's shoulders like that and create this effect on a 2D photo. |
