Is everyone here on drugs? Why are you all assuming that girl(?) is under-age? Just because someone says "She could be a child"? Well, she could be 30-years-old for all you know. You have no idea how old she is, and she's showing less than you see at any beach in the world, but you all have no hesitation in screaming "Pedo!" Gimme a break!

Is it? It IS under the WTF of the Day, which is fitting. National Geographic has been putting pictures of African kids in their natural environment completely naked in the pages of their magazines and nobody has been crying "child porn". Naked is far more offensive than this. At least this "shim" is clothed. I don't, personally, find this picture tasteful, but it's a far cry from being CP. |

Or if I'm going to the beach to enjoy the sun and hang out with my kids and see a bunch of 12 year old girls wearing bikinis smaller than Victoria's Secret underwear, I can wonder how that's okay, but this picture is considered CP. Wonderful job of misunderstanding. |

I don't see 'sexually explicit.' I see a person wearing more material than a person on a beach cross dressing in a gag that sits somewhere between 'Dumb and Dumber' and 'Jackass.'
Not long ago, in the western US, there was a couple having photos developed. At least one photo was two children drying each other after a bath. The developer called the police and the parents spent about a year apart from the kids and several years fighting in one court after another.
Finally, it reached a judge who opened the photos, looked and said something that equated to: 'Haven't you people ever seen a baby on bear rug before? Why are you wasting the court's time?' |
