Idk oldollie, I get the feeling many people prefer slightly less passive aggressive means in seeking retribution against individuals who see fit to act like d-bags with their cars.
In my case I just see their car and spend a while thinking of the terrible things I should do to it...then I realize I'm far too afraid of the owner walking out and catching me at it, so I leave. |

At least he parked out. If that were at our Wal-mart, he'd be taking up the 2 closest spaces including the yellow-striped space on the end of the row -- you know, the "special" space reserved for self-centered jerks.
Whenever someone parks on the yellow stripes, I always leave my cart right next to the driver's door. I only wish I could convince EVERYBODY to do that so when these @$$holes come out, they would find their cars completely surrounded by at least 30 carts.
