@spanerbulb - I didn't do that. She said they live in captivity, period. I said they can, but for short periods of time. IMO, she said that they can't live in captivity for any length of time. They'd be dead in a matter of days or less. I'm just saying that they can survive in captivity for short periods. I think eventually they'll figure out why it matters and be able to adjust to keep them long term, like years. |

Not true. I've seen more than one in captivity. They can't be kept long term, but it can happen. Three or four months is about all they can take, for whatever reason. The longest so far is six and a half months, but that was just one. |
