The only reason he doesn't write more speeches now is because he is kind of busy with his job. You can bet he still has a big hand in some of the more important speeches like the State of the Union."

From context, one can tell that there is no innuendo implied.
Granted, he could have replaced "far enough" with "all the way," and it would have been obvious. |

I didn't hear an inuendo. I didn't hear him imply anything. Just because the croud laughed at the words "go down" dosen't mean he intended it that way. There are plenty of things one could find to criticize the prez about...there is no need to make it up. |
