My 89 year Grandfather got his first computer back in April his sole wish was to be able to send and receive e-mail. He has successfully sent 8 e-mails in total since then. good times, good times. He told me it "died" the other day. He had accidentally unplugged it. sigh... |

D'awww!! - poor granny. I'm sure that there are tons of 'silver surfers' out there in reality, though. I often get calls from friends my own age to help fix their computers after 'their kids' have downloaded every virus and spyware under the sun and their computers have ground to a halt as a result, but I've never had to help anyone over about age 50. |
