This looks to be in Malaysia.
If you live in a secure gated community in Malaysia the security fees are usually optional. I'm guessing she opted not to pay the fees. |

Because the average security guard makes $7.00/hr. depending on the company and area. I'm not saying it's right though. poo, you can at least call the police or do something.
