lol, the old lady is clearly drating retarded. there's multiple reasons that when you jump out of a plane that you extend your body and hold your limbs out. One of those reasons is so taht you don't fall out of your harness. |

She didn't immediately try to sue everyone under the sun, so hey, she's gotta be more chill than a fair number of people. The fact that she didn't have a heart attack or something considering that she's 80 years old and how scary that must have been is pretty crazy too.
I woulda probably lost my lunch considering I'm already afraid of heights. Of course I wouldn't have been up there to begin with, so I guess it isn't the same. I'm also 21 though... |

first of all, she said no. its okay to change your mine. but second, it was also obvious that she was NOT STRAPPED IN VERY TIGHTLY. the person taking the video, presumably another employee, should have signaled the tandem guy not to go.
i personally see very little point in jumping out of a perfectly good airplane.

The thing that REALLY concerns me is that it is very obvious from the footage that Laverne changed her mind. You can see the instructor repeatedly pulling her hands away from the door frame as she attempts to resist being forced out !She looks distressed,she cringes and backs away as she is mouthing the words no, shaking her head and clearly indicating that she doesn't want to "dive". Apart from the fact "NO" means "NO" (and you are entitled to change your mind) She is 80 and her "no" should carry extra weight !!!! He is lucky she didn't have a heart attack ! Sadly in the U.K a 21 year old died last week on her birthday after falling from her harness during a dive her boyfriend insisted she go on despite her fear ! |

You're not supposed to push people out of the plane if they have second thoughts. He just shoved her out and almost killed grandma. Guaranteed he's fired. Damn, grandma had a hell of a ride! |

I could see the harness sagging of her shoulder while she was sitting there, that should not of happened. The guy jumping tandum should of checked that first. Also, she clearly changed her mind and they forced her out. |
