Did they stop in the middle of a highway with a blind turn? No they probably slowed down and parked on the side of the road which is probably what everyone is doing.
Also if I had just been nearly annihilated by a semi trailer I think it would take more than 20 seconds to think about the logistics of jumping on top of a truck to help someone, especially when the bonnet of the truck is blocking my view and I may be assuming he is dead. But hey that's just me... |

sweetrebelnc, I don't think the guy has any professional rescuer certification. I bet he went away to call for help if someone didn't do it for him before he could even get out of his car. |
