it's healthy.. and if it's healthy, why not make adrink out of it? this is clearly mass produced so there seems to be interest in buying healthy things in germany and people aren't so shallow to not-try it just because it doesn't taste like a sugar coated rainbow. That, and it's common to eat Sauerkraut in germany, so people are used to the taste and like it. |

It's s'posed to "rejuvenate your intestines" with its high content in vit. C and lactobacillae. |
