I like the scenario where the person's hands are cuffed behind their back, nipples clamped and attached to the front of the treadmill so if they don't keep up, they get their nips yanked.
Safest if they are supported so the can't really fall down and hurt themselves. |

@MrOrange - of course, I was speaking in general terms with the Top as the giver of sensation (not necessarily pain) and the bottom as the receiver (S/M rather than D/s)
I agree this video is all about the shoes, and probably the wearer has a certain sense of pride about being able to walk so well in them, as they should, I've never tried ballet boots but I bet it's not easy. |

@NotAPimecone, you're on the money, but my hunch is that this is for ppl with a shoe fetish, since the only thing in view are the shoes, (the treadmill offers support to the wearer no doubt, plus a walking effect)
i'd also like to sugest that Dom's don't enjoy inflicting pain/discomfort per se, (as it is the sub that decides how far it goes) but get a kick out of the interaction. (much the same as coaching someone and seeing them do that one rep more, that ten meters xtra) |

In BDSM, some people (usually referred to as "bottoms") enjoy having restrictions placed on their mobility (for example, being tied with rope) or to be forced to endure discomfort.
Others ("Tops") enjoy inflicting these sorts of things on a consenting bottom.
