That would be Adam Duritz, from Counting Crows.
And I guess, technically, he is straight edge. He does take prescription drugs to help him cope with a dissociative mental disorder, and therefore cannot drink alcohol, as it was prevent the drug from working. Also, I see no historical drug abuse when googling him.
That being said, what wrong with the two concepts being put together?

Straight edge is a subculture and subgenre of hardcore punk whose adherents refrain from using alcohol, tobacco, and other recreational drugs. It was a direct reaction to the sexual revolution, hedonism, and excess associated with punk rock.
