@Holdstock: Or any other country of the eastern post-soviet block. Could be Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Ukraine, Belarus, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.
The license plates are illegible, but the design points to EU (the left side of the LP is blue, which is typical for EU license plates. It's where the country of origin is marked), so... |

I'm seeing a long number on that liscence plate = Europe, or at least NOT America or Canada.
The attendent was horrible with the extinguisher! What a tool! I pumped gas for 3 years and while I never saw a fire, I KNEW what to do, and that wasn't it!
