TheOrigin, "@Gerry: Cake recipe or it didn't happen. :) " The secret of "Who Shot Kennady" is not guarded as carefully as my Sour Cream Pound Cake recipe. But I can provide testemonials. |

Thursday, May 17, 2012 12:56:29 AM OldOllie, the availability of chilies is probably not determined by how close you are to Mexico, but rather how far you are from the midwest. |

Wednesday, May 16, 2012 10:48:19 PM Just try to find green chiles outside of New Mexico, Arizona, or California. All I can get are canned, and I have to order those over the Interwebs. |

Wednesday, May 16, 2012 3:23:55 PM I love cooking. But I have been scared of guacamole. It reminds me of these few times I changed my nephews diapers |

piperfawn - I was blessed with a svelt figure and a high metabolism. I loved eating & cooking is fun, my Sour Cream Pound Cake is famous! I could eat anything and as much as I wanted and still maintain a firm, perky ass. {You should see my nude photos from back then!} Until manopause hit at age 45. Now I cut back a bit on portions and I did switch to light beer. |

Try white-style guacamole 1 can of tuna fish - preferably light 1 chopped tomato 1/2 cup chopped onion or as much as you like 1 avocado 2 tablespoons of light ranch dressing. You may substitute mayonaise for really "white" cooking. 1 tablespoon of pepper Mush it all together and spread it on wonder bread or saltine crackers. |
