Facts no longer matter. How are they going to find a jury willing to acquit GZ when they know that doing so will result in riots, vandalism, arson, mayhem, and death, not to mention that their identities and personal information will be posted on the internet with bounties on their heads, dead or alive? |

Anderson Cooper interviewed the Martin family's lawyer and he completely contradicted himself.
The lawyer, last name is Camp, said that the injuries to Zimmermann were minor, then lied about the EMTs appraisal of his injuries and then when confronted with the news of the injuries to Trayvon's knuckles said, "What do you expect? Trayvon was fighting for his life".
If a person is "Fighting for (their) life" to the point of injuring one's knuckles they aren't committing "minor injuries" to the person they are beating. Btw, This is the same lawyer that, only a few weeks ago, claimed Zimmermann was on top and beating up Martin. |

So Trayvon had two injuries...the bullet hole and His Knuckles Were Scraped/Bruised From Pounding On Zimmerman.
Facts do not matter. Zimmerman is screwed. |

(I thought of it because of a poorly worded headline about how he sustained injuries to his head and nose after the fight.) |

It's true: even if the Judge tosses the case out, which she/he very well may do, the Feds have already threatened "hate crime" prosecution. Not that those charges will stick either! Zimmerman has a history of NON-racist behaviour! But the "important" thing for the liberals is to attack him! It's all they have. |

Sadly, I think Gerry is right. He's been tried, convicted, and sentenced before his trial. Shadow of a doubt, there's plenty, but still, he's farked. |

I was going to read the report but the link went to a secondary source (Why?). But then clicking to the news source who actually has the exclusive there is a video that automatically plays and you can not stop the ad. That is absolute bulls*t. Screw you ABC News. Worst still. I skimmed the article. There are no quotes from the report just their interpretation of what they read. Is this what people call reporting these days? Facts would be good. Quote the damn report. I hate todays news so bad. |

In any case, the outcome of the case was decided a long time ago. He's going to go down for it for a long time or worse. |
