@ DrProfessor - "do whatever the f*ck he wants as long as it doesn't negatively affect someone else in a reasonable sense" - so if they have a job working the checkout counter (or other similarly public job position) and customers stop going there because they are put off by some idiots face tats, forehead ridges or size 30 gauge ear holes, etc. is that not negatively affecting the owner of the business?
I have nothing against tats (I have several) or body mods, but I do think it's pretty dumb to put them anywhere above your shoulders. |

Look. You might not like it, but what these people do to their bodies has absolutely nothing to do with you. I wouldn't scar myself for aesthetic reasons, but I really could not care less whether someone else does or not. Sh*t like this doesn't keep me up at night, because our country is supposedly founded on the idea that an individual has the right to do whatever the f*ck he wants as long as it doesn't negatively affect someone else in a reasonable sense. |
