Why is every other post about gay marriage? I'm not homophobic or anything but I come to this site to not be bored and informing me about gay marriage is not exactly interesting. |

Neither are gun PERMITS.
divers licence proves that the owner is competent enough to drive, navigate and park safely (well, at the time of testing anyway)

I know of a few roads that no one drives on, and I thought it'd be cool to get crocked and drive them
The police would patrol a busy area, where reckless drivers posed more of a threat.
I'm glad you recognize that people driving 120 mph on the highway isn't a threat to me or others
If you're comfortable driving that fast and able to avoid running into people and other obstacles, more power to you. Realistically, people generally don't behave that way because they can. What's worse is that posted speed limits are actually a distraction meaning they're more dangerous than someone who happens to be driving 20 over the average speed of traffic. |

Honestly? I think a bigger issue than gay marriage is stupid people who have children. With all the other things we need government permission to do you thing having a license to have kids would be on the list... |

Federal level yes, but I'd put pressure on the states to get rid of them.

I was watching one of those home reno' shows a while back, and the narration was along the lines of "Steve started to rebuild the kitchen but has had trouble with several issues. Steve's husband, Dan, wants the room back after six months..." It was so smooth and nothing-special, and I thought "I really like my country sometimes."  |
