Thursday, May 10, 2012 9:53:03 PM It's time to redefine what conservative and liberal mean in this country (he's talking about the USA). They are not synonymous with Republican and Democrat. They are philosophies about how people should live together in a society. Conservatives believe people should look out for themselves, liberals believe it is better for people to work together for the good of all. I would love to see politicians talk more about their beliefs and philosophies, I think it would stimulate people to think about their own beliefs and what the political consequences of those beliefs are. |

Thursday, May 10, 2012 1:41:00 AM I am proud to say I have never voted . . . I will not vote for crooks and I have yet to see an honest politician. You get the government you deserve . . . |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 11:11:43 PM And even if your principles are immovable, that doesn't make them right. Of course it does. If they weren't right, I wouldn't have them. Duh... If you had some principles of your own, you would understand this. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 10:05:09 PM @OldOllie You can have principles and still make informed decisions. And even if your principles are immovable, that doesn't make them right. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 2:21:06 PM I agree 100% Chris Rock. I am an independent and it makes me mad that the American political system makes it seem like being independent is a terrible choice. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 12:43:58 PM I agree with his message. I don't care about the grammar of his message. If being an independent thinker could be made illegal, the US would find a way to do it. Left Right Liberal Conservative Communist Socialist Democrat Republican Fascist Capitalist blah blah blah Chris gets it right...those are just labels...and insufficient to accurately grasp a persons true opinions. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 11:41:49 AM True. America's so goddam polarized politically it's farcical. Speaking of the people in general here BTW, I know there are sensible individuals there too. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 10:58:53 AM I love the irony of him saying he is conservative on "crime" but liberal on "prostitution". I am sure it was 100% intentional, and one of the reasons Chris Rock is a genius. |

Wednesday, May 09, 2012 9:05:04 AM @leesah, No Politics has gotten so bad its just way to easy for them. Whenever a society starts laughing at politicians and start taking comedians seriously, we are in trouble. |
