Wednesday, May 09, 2012 3:17:30 PM Simple solution: Turn off the TV, only listen to Rush Limbaugh and read the Drudge Report. That's all the news you need to know anyway. :D |

Tuesday, May 08, 2012 3:54:28 PM Let's see, six media companies, five are liberal, and one is conservative. That seems fair. Also, regarding the biggest newspapers, in this case people actually have a real choice. You don't have to subscribe to 50 or more newspapers if you want to read 1 or 2 of them. That's why MSNBC is still on cable, but the NY Times is going bankrupt. I can chose not to buy the Times, but I get MSNBC whether I want it or not. |

Tuesday, May 08, 2012 1:47:37 PM This stupid infographic is the illusion of truth. I have more actual choice in media now than ever. More independent movies, music, news - this guy is just another anti-corporation leftist. Nothing new. |

Tuesday, May 08, 2012 9:51:06 AM Umm... If "232 media executives control the information diet of 277 million Americans," that's not 850 subscribers per media executive... it's closer to 1.2 million per media executive. |

CrakrJak - yes, the information on the net is available, but the majority of people won't bother to find it, or don't know how to screen throught he BS to get to it. Also, the information is available ... "for now". Every day the Internet gets more and more gov'ment & corp'rat control over it. How long before Google will only go to those 6 media outlets? |

Tuesday, May 08, 2012 7:24:23 AM Did you know that 90% of raccoon meat is sold by the big 3 raccoon meat conglomerates? Until we regulate raccoon meat sales/distribution, this travesty will continue. |
