If you are humiliated by being called gay, you are a small minded bigot. This should have about as much effect as being 'outed' as a vegan.
Not true.If you are humiliated by being called gay it's probably because you think it's disgusting and wrong.Just because someone tolerates you and doesn't hate you, doesn't mean they don't think what you do is yucky.
Besides there's a difference between being outed for not eating meat and "eating meat". HAHAHA! |

The real victim here is best buy. If some random jerk outed this man...nothing would happen. But since it was an on the clock employee...Best Buy is gonna pay out the nose. The outed guy is gonna make some cash for being called gay. "Boo hoo...the bad man said I am gay...PAY ME" |

Anyone who thinks he deserved it is an idiot, period. I don't think it would be funny if he knew the person who did it. For a stranger to do it is stupid and I'm sure illegal. I'll bet he has a good case and wins. There is no reason to do that to him. If he was a jerk in the store, that sucks but it doesn't give anyone the right to slander him. That's exactly what this is, slander. The employee will end up in trouble and the store might too.
Some customers really suck but all you can do it gripe to your friends about it. You can't attack the customer, end of story. I hope for the sake of the store that they did fire this person. It might save them in court. |

Seriously, while i sincerely feel for the guy, if a rogue employee decides to do something immoral and wrong, how is it the fault of the company? I'm guessing Best Buy employees aren't forced to swear a solemn oath or something to be employed and I'm also guessing Best Buy employees aren't payed a great deal more than minimum wage. Go after the employee who did this and make him make it up to the guy! Don't blame the whole company! I have my problems with big companies and whatnot but in this instance, the employee probably wasn't following company policy! |

Holy drating caption fail. I saw nothing in that clip that would lead me to think this guy was a rude customer. The lawsuit for damages will cost BestBuy a few bucks....
