Sunday, May 06, 2012 1:52:09 PM If these were live pictures taken, then yes the black hole was caught red handed. But since it's fake, and only a simulation of what we might see... no. |

Saturday, May 05, 2012 2:09:57 PM @pigsnout look right when the trail starts thats where it is. When you see the star suddenly shift its path. And yes a black hole does suck up everything that crosses its event horizon. So in this case it started to shred the star apart but part of the star(red trail) broke off before it crossed the event horizon of the black hole hence how it could escape. This also says stellar homicide simulation so is this real? I know this is how they have to see black holes is when they pass near objects and distort light and or destroy objects. On another note there are theories that there are super massive black holes in the center of every galaxy. |

Saturday, May 05, 2012 12:39:35 PM The crap being thrown about is the shxt that gets fast enough orbiting and doesn't cross the event horizon and is able to escape its gravity i guess |

Saturday, May 05, 2012 10:33:26 AM Scary as poo. There ain't no sending guys in rocket ships to plant nuclear weapons, if one of those things happened by our neighborhood. |
