I've never understood the concept of the minivan...suburbans can seat just about the same number of people AND they are actually made to tow things.

My 7 yo son thinks minivans are cool for some bizarre reason. I told him that I would rather be seen in a Ford Fiesta than a minivan. |

Tbh, parenting isnt all that bleak. Face it, time stops for no one, and your hip, cool 25-yr-old self slips away whether you like it or not. If you come to terms with aging, take care of yourself physically, and roll with it, being "cool" just isnt that big of a deal. Being cool means you are concerned with what other people in general think of you. With the passage of time, that list shrinks down to the people that really matter (mainly family) and the rest ?? Not really important what they think of you, coolness-wise.... |

@patch - It's a minivan. The cool factor goes out the window when you have to drive one of those monsters. Sad, because even with 2 kids I still manage to drive a cool car. |
