Monday, April 30, 2012 4:04:54 PM I like the bit at the beginning about "intellectual property of the system protected by law . . " but no mention of the music being protected by copyright law. |

Monday, April 30, 2012 2:06:14 PM yeah, post a million pics of other trucks with tracks... that shows exactly why you are here posting dumb pics thinking you are so smart while these guys are actully inventing practical things and getting rich. Wheel driven tracks are a frikin great idea |

Monday, April 30, 2012 12:32:19 PM Anyone know the name of the song in this video? I know it's been is sooooo many other vids and commercials. Lux Aeterna/The Eternal Light Egal, the music should have no bearing on your opinion or a product. This product is meant for people who want a cheaper, less permanent, easier to switch alternative. The one's you show may perform better for a hardcore comparison but let's say I live in Alaska in a city it snows regularly. They plow the roads regularly but there's occasionally a hold up or an emergency. It takes 5 minutes to get these on and be on the way and it's a snap to switch back. Not to mention these likely cost a couple grand. Mattracks cost what, 20 to 50 thouasand? I could buy a snowmobile or two instead. |

Monday, April 30, 2012 12:23:06 PM I'm surprised those work as well as it do. Thought there might've been problems with the suspension and/or steering. Looks like it might wear down the sidewalls of your tires though. Need some stats on their durability and maintenance. |

Monday, April 30, 2012 11:57:28 AM Music killed it for me, trying to make it epic. It's neat, and I've seen better. Like the triangle shaped tread that replaces the wheel all together.

Monday, April 30, 2012 11:35:26 AM seems really useful but I am concerned about how much suspension travel is lost when they are on. getting extra traction is great unless it causes the struts to take damage. |

Monday, April 30, 2012 11:34:22 AM Sure that's fine for driving through fields, but would they be road-safe? |

Monday, April 30, 2012 11:15:55 AM "won't bigger tiers be cheaper" bigger tires are far from cheap and its not just the tires you end up having to pay for. bigger tires usually leads to having to get a lift, regearing your transfer case and getting appropriate speedometer gears so you know how fast your going and track your mileage correctly. bigger tires, as well as ones with more aggressive tread rise in cost really fast, lowers your gas mileage, and wear down quicker. so this winter time solution may be cheaper than having big tires year round. |
