Monday, April 30, 2012 2:45:36 PM I missed the part where this Ef-Tard runs into the back of the car with the young Mom driving, and the baby on board, and kills them.. I personally don't see any difference between driving like this on a pubic road, and pointing a loaded gun at someone's head, and think jack-asses that pull crap like this should just be put down..and for what it's worth, I'm a biker myself... |

Monday, April 30, 2012 12:03:00 PM Only a matter of time with all his speed and weaving that it is clear when another driver looks and changes lanes but it's right where he's cutting across 3 lanes. Then he'll find out just how spread out a human body can become. |

There is just something wonderful about having a life a risk, it makes me feel real." This biker isn't just putting his/her own life at risk. He/she is risking the lives of all the other motorists on that road. Risk your life on a closed track, where the only person you'll hurt is yourself, ffs. |

Sunday, April 29, 2012 4:47:52 PM @Angilion "almost certain" is a degree of probable. We're both saying the same thing, except you're having trouble with the english language. |

Sunday, April 29, 2012 2:54:13 PM He's nowhere near as fast as the Swedish ghost rider. The speedo shows about the same speed, which is about the maximum speed of a production road bike. So you seem to be wrong. |

Sunday, April 29, 2012 2:45:13 PM What an f-ing moron. Hopefully this video will get him arrested and his licence revoked. The person strongly suspected of being the rider doesn't have a license. It was revoked for one of the dozens of motoring offences they've been found guilty of. |

Sunday, April 29, 2012 2:43:43 PM Come on now. The police may not have enough evidence to charge him, but that does not mean everyone doesn't know that it was him on the bike. Don't be obtuse. I don't know it was him. Neither do you. Neither does anyone else apart from whoever was riding the bike. Would I bet money on it being him on the bike? Yes, I would. Does that mean I *know* it was him? No, it doesn't. You're assuming knowledge you don't have. That's not a sound basis for judging guilt. |

Sunday, April 29, 2012 2:41:06 PM yes, that's how the criminal justice system works. At least the ones were you have to prove guilt. Decent ones are "almost certaint" rather than "probably". Which is why nobody has been charged with this crime. They have "almost certainit" regarding the bike, so the owner can be fined, but they have only "probably" regarding the rider, so nobody can be convicted of a criminal offense. I think that's how it should be. I'd hate to live under your criminal justice system, where people could be convicted without proof beyond reasonable doubt. "Probable" is good enough to justify a search warrant. It's not good enough to justify a conviction. |
