Her voice doesn't sound as strong as his, but he wouldn't sound the same without her. I wouldn't call it a duet though.
They will do well if she stays as his backing vocals. |

"OMG what's this, he's fat and he can sing!? No way!?" C'mon that's what so many people on this snobbish are thinking. It's the only reason why Susan Boyle is famous is because she's "ugly" but can sing. Good reason why I don't even watch this show. The fact we care so much about what people visually look like rather than what we're supposed to be caring about...the sound.

Oh joy.. Another feel-good story to distract us all from the sh*ttyness of the world. Until the contest is over + 1 week, then we forget all about them.
I mean ya, he has an awesome voice, but so did Paul Potts and Susan Boyle and so on and so on. Noone gives a f*ck about them anymore. Why would this be any different? |
