TruTenrMan obviously here is for show but is not like you say, if you toss it for long you can really obtain a big pizza, all depends on dough btw. I don't know how and what kind of dough is used at Papa John's ( is a pizza chain right? If yes so the dough must be some off the shelves product). All that crap is just for show. I've worked for Papa John's, and if we took the time to toss dough for every pizza, we'd never make a profit. You slap it back and forth to stretch it out. When you toss it like that, it just shrinks back when it stops spinning. Waste of time and energy. |
