why the hell did anyone have to write if they were christian or not? the holiday isnt about that anymore... why pretend? its about presents. yes people get together with family and yes many families enjoy christmas together, but most kids know nothing about the "hisorical" value of christmas.anyway with that rant done.
that was halarious, and it made my day. Im glad he beat those 2 cheating bastards up. LOL |

I am not implying that we should only be happy during the holidays but most people are just better natured. Sure some are stressed but the majority of people are just happy. Its a nice feeling. |

lol,First of all,Christmas IS the pagan celebration in a different form.Santa clause him self is an adaptation of ancient diety that used to bring prensents or something to kids,as well as supposedly one of the saints.This happyness you speak of is linear,once the holidays are over the crap comes back and nothing has been solved.Intead of being of good cheer towards one another for a few days a year,jesus taught "And let us consider one another to incite to love and fine works, not forsaking the gathering of ourselves together, as some have the custom, but encouraging one another, and all the more so as YOU behold the day drawing near."HEb 10:24.Do you see "But only on jesus birth day." in your bible ? And onestly,I look at the people around me,and they dont seem happier,they look stresed,when its over theyl be happy.And this is without talking about all the commercial monopoly crap. Well,im just trowing that out there,come up with your best reply. |

i dont care about christmas' pagan roots, I think christmas is the one time when we all don't have to be awful to each other. spread some cheer ppl and have a very merry christmas. |

skywise I know its pagan roots aswell which are quite disturbing, but it is the day that has been adopted to celebrate the birth of Jesus, so I see no problem with it. Plus not just for Chistianity, it is also a time where alot of people become more outgoing and happier. Christmas is a time where people all over the place take some time off, relax, and are happy. I for one love the Christmas season, the Chirstmas spirit, and the Chistmas l33tness |

well I'm a Christian so I am aware of the historical value ;) And other then the most important spiritual holiday of the year it is also the most happy time because I get to see my family.
But this was great ^_^ a nice happy song. I think it should replace rudolf the rednose raindeer. |

Alexis, what is your problem? The vast majority of people enjoy Christmas...enjoy getting together with family...plus most of us get time off from work!!
