How can anyone look at a guy like this and say "yeah, I'd like him to be in charge of this the country I live in. That would be good."
And while I try not to think in terms of parties, seriously, what's with the rep. party their candidates? First was bachmann and perry, then romney and perry, then romney and gingrich, now mostly romney and santorum...what, do the lower class uneducated/elderly white folks that make up much of the rep voting base these days have such short attention spans that they think of the elections like an episode of american idol and just pick a different candidate at a whim each week? Actually, come to think of it I think I recently read an article about how politics are becoming more like a reality show all the time. My god, what's happening to us?
And I'd like to note it's not like there aren't ignorant, judgmental, delusional dems either, it's just that recently the rep party seems to be encouraging those traits... |

He's one of those Christians who 'LOVES' Jesus and the Bible, but doesn't listen to a goddamn thing he or it says except that being gay is wrong (but since all sins are equal, technically, eating shellfish, wearing mixed fabrics, or hating someone are all equal to being gay [or murdering someone!]) It's sad when atheists know more about your religion than the person trying to impose it on the country does. |

He actually does and says way too much outrageous poo to agonize over something he *might* have said. Not a Santorum fan by any means. If he really did say the "N" word then I would be all over him like a rabid dog but...no, I'm prepared to give him the benefit of the doubt. Politicans on the campaign trail are tired and distracted and have brain farts all the time. He could have just switched his train of thought in mid-sentence and tried to say something else totally innocent. Hammer the turd for all the bad stuff he says while at the same time go that extra mile to show yourself to be fair and reasonable. Santorum gets a pass on this one. |

Yup, I remember when Jesus preached if you're rich, keep it - because you should always keep what you've earned and not give into socialism/communism (even if it was multi-million dollar bonuses for firing people to reduce costs, because that's hard work y'know - I know I can't get by with less than $5 million a year in bonuses)... |
