Was the chick driving? If so, this does not impress me... at all

Motorcyclist squeezed past you in traffic?

Run him over!
Why not, hit those two other vehicles too, just because.

Now step out of your vehicle and hand over your drivers license, forever.

I have now decided on a career-change. I shall come back from retirement and become a lawyer. There is so much money to be made arguing the toss over unknown liabilities and truths; I will be able to work one day a week. The rest of my time will be spent in vacuous discussions concerning the legal minutiae of prosecuting drivers in dispute.
KingdomCome: I was going to say English, but I did not wish to spark a fatuous argument re. EWS laws, merely to make the point that our collective national laws (as I understand them) are quite similar in that a person is innocent until proven guilty. Judgement without trial went out of fashion in the UK quite a few years ago.
We do not know that the biker is an assh*le as stated by Student Law. We could speculate that the man is a national hero for stopping a known terrorist, but that would be as foolish as condemning the rider before the facts are known. If I do not succeed as a lawyer, I shall get a job as an estate agent, or politician

The only way not to speculate is to assume that nothing happened before the incident. That is simple logic, come on dude :-p

@nickel2: Oh i am quite sure that a British court, as well as a Norwegian court would take into consideration the only evidence presented in this case - the video, and nothing else. It would definitely withhold itself from speculation around the parties personal experiences in the past, regarding motorcycles. I mean since we belong to the same, post enlightenment law- tradition

@studentlaw, you are speculating as much as nickel (you are presuming nothing has happened before this film started) and given the chance that a random person was filming a traffic jam, it seems unlikely that the kick was the first event.

@nickel, there's no such thing as British law, the constituant parts each have seperate laws, Scots law for example is entirely different to English and Welsh. (I know I'm just being pedantic now btw)

@Tubby, I didn't mean a pistol or a war axe, man. I got a little wooden bat. I call it a tire knocker. My grandfather had one too, but his had a rather racist name.

Student Law: Please accept my sincerest apologies. I am British, and not acquainted with the laws of Brazil. In my country, the process of law allows for both sides of an argument to be heard before judgement is passed. This forum does not supply both sides of the argument. Neither of your statements would be acceptable as evidence in an British court of law. I apologise for suggesting that that you are an imposter, I forgot to take into account the fact that you may not be British, and would not have a full understanding of British law. It would be interesting however, to know the full storey. I do not pass judgement or criticism; I merely make observations according to what I see.

Nickel2: well, if this was a court of law the judge is to take into consideration only the facts laid before the court.

What you imply as in getting "full knowledge of facts" would require speculating, and that is not only irresponsible, but can lead to a wrong verdict - unless you are about to present to us anything new, regarding evidence..? Thought not.

Student Law is obviously an imposter. Instant judgement without full knowledge of the facts is not what we would expect from a responsible person, i.e. a lawyer. I suspect he was called something horrible by a dreadful biker when he was a child. Now all bikers are in the wrong, regardless of circumstance.
I rest my case, Your Honour.

So, the biker is a total fu*ckin a55hole for kicking the car. I mean, it's not ok to try and kill someone, but this falls under the same category as people being robbed after getting so hammered they sleep on the street.

It's not OK to steal from other people, but you don't feel the same sympathy for the robbed drunkard as you feel for a responsible citizen held up in broad daylight.

The person in the car was way out of line trying to run him down. But when you are a complete a55hole - these things can actually happen to you.

The guy on the bike was a bit of a dick, but what the driver did was attempted murder.

I understand the person getting mad at the biker kicking their car, but running them over like that?

@Mcboozerilla, driving with a weapon is never a good idea, a tire iron has more uses than just for tires.

Please, don't ever call a Palio Adventure a SUV again. It only adds to their sales-pitch.

Also, dude at the end of the video says the woman cut the biker off at a turn some way back, so I guess it's just an extreme case of build-up rage from both sides.
