Yes and this remark was made AFTER a wave of attacks on Christians. Yes indeed there have been attacks on churches but don't expect them to be gone for very long. They'll rebuild and given enough time this anti-christian fervor will die down. Mufti is pandering to the extremists. |

#1-My moral principal has been that collectivist rhetoric is bigoted by its very nature, and we should discuss the merits of individuals over the groups they're in, or at least be VERY precise about whom we're talking about. Yes there were Muslims in Pakistan that went on bloody and lethal rampage. Rampages in America or Europe? Nope.
2-Again no, the individual is responsible for his actions, anyone who believes otherwise is delusional.
The conclusion-No one is proposing such a thing, this is simply something that will go away on its own thanks to the modern and liberal (in the classical sense) society of the world.
And failing to use the words "Muslim" or "Islam" in their coverage...
Again collectivist rhetoric. His religion if not irrelevant, was not a significant enough motivation for why he killed 7 Jews. |

People who honestly think Islam is evil need to actually go out and meet a Muslim or read the Koran. Islam and the Bible teach pretty much the same principals, and both have crazy people who read it and become extremists. |

I think Koran burning is going too far. Jones knew some people would react violently to it and he put a lot of people in harm's way. Drawing cartoons of Mohammad is one thing, or criticizing Islam or the behavior of some Muslims is one thing. I think it's sick to defend Jones. |
