mcboozerilla, first of all its not "stealing"... stealing is taking something from someone and now they dont have that something anymore. If i come and take a picture of a picture on your coffee table, did i just steal your coffee-table-picture? |

If I stole 5 cd's in real life from a store. I would get charged with theft under 500 and for first time offense get probation. The punishment should fit the crime. Those same cd's online would land you in jail for life or possibly just bankrupt for life. |
