Why is he in the stroller ?? Likely stopped for a rest, older kid dead tired, so pull the baby out of the stroller and let the older one sit to rest. Kids this age can crash and fall asleep easily, so thats no suprise. Now, that the parent(s) wheeled him asleep over to a place where they knew he'd get doused, just to wake him, and filmed it (not to mention put it on the net) ?? Wow...f*ck everything about that...... |
