Tuesday, March 13, 2012 12:35:07 PM "Incredible piece. A little difficult to watch at times, but still incredible. Imagine what could be done for people who's body is dying but whose brain is healthy. Dr. Hawking for example. " I still dont think its very plausable. The human "mind" ages also. You can only handle so much input, like a hard drive in your computer. But you cannot delete what you have learned. A person can only live so long before the knowledge they gain drives them insane. I am not talking about Math, Science or that book-smart crap, Im talking about life in general. Grief, anguish, pain, loss, love gain and lost, it all takes a toll on the subconscious. Eventually you will get driven mad. |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 11:23:48 AM Incredible piece. A little difficult to watch at times, but still incredible. Imagine what could be done for people who's body is dying but whose brain is healthy. Dr. Hawking for example. How would this change lifespan. Organs can function for far longer than a person's lifespan, (a heart can last 150 years, so I've been told)is this the case with the brain as well? |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 11:19:17 AM What the drat!?! They allow this guy to chop body parts together and place them on this body... But somehow the world won't allow us to clone body part and place them in people's bodies... You could cure diabetes just by cloning a new pancreases, Cure heart disease by cloning a new heart and so on... |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 11:06:41 AM The worst thing that could happen to this planet is human beings living forever, it's already massively overpopulated with all the death that goes on on a daily basis. |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 10:37:38 AM That would have been WAY better had he used more goddam cats in his experiments. I'm glad he used monkeys, because they suck too, but more goddam cats. |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 10:32:39 AM i gave this some thought myself its not viable to transplant a head to another person..because of how the brain is wired but you can transplant the brain and the spine in a clone of yourself (after all you reach your maximum brain volume around the age of 21) combine that with the new research in nerves growing silk and you have an old brain in a fresh new body..and the best part is...its your own body i know it sounds weird as hell..but technically you can do it right now...we have all the technology necessary to do it but it wont be exacly...well..moral..i think |

Tuesday, March 13, 2012 10:32:33 AM suddenly regaining consciousness after dying with all motor control cut off would be a nightmare, might as well rip a monkeys head off while it's still alive |
