What I don't get is where all the people went. They haven't rebuilt anything, they've just cleared out the debris. Where did all the people that lived there go? They can't all be dead.

Heh that's pretty neat.

If you're wondering why the water is so dark in one of the pictures, that's not because of pollution, it's because the tsunami wave picked up sediment on its approach.

meh, most of it is just cleaned up, they haven't rebuilt anything. this should've all been like this 1-2 months after the incident, not 365 days later
