I enjoy the original Frankenweenie (on the Nightmare before Christmas DVD, lol). I'm glad they kept it Black and White as well as recreated some of the scenes nearly frame-by-frame. I'll probably still give this a watch.
@SarahofBorg - clearly you haven't seen Ed Wood, Big Fish or Sweeney Todd then. Plus, he didn't direct NBC |

Looks awful. Burton hasn't made a good movie since Nightmare Before Christmas, and that was because he was working with Henry Selick, who is infinity superior. |

I saw the short as a kid (enjoyed it then). I wonder if the full-length will be any good. I'll bet he finds a way to fit Helena Bonham Carter and Johnny Depp into the mix. :sigh: |
