@PierreJeanFR

And what counrty attempted to colonize Viet Nam & Cambodia eventually leaving both? One coincidentally in the hands of a dictator who comitted genocide upon millions of his own people.

yes it's about right.
Castro came after their puppet dictator Battista,
Khomeiny came after their puppet Sha in Iran etc...
Lots of the (recent) troubled states in this world we owe it to USA and the West, thank you for making this planet a shiit place!

I'm going to say this was not made by anyone with the power to do anything about state relations and for obvious reasons. A complete misunderstanding of foreign relations with a paranoid slant is not needed to work here. But it helps!

Dictatorship not friendly to US with media attention = help? Not sure about that. Cuba?

Dictatorship not friendly to US with resources but also nukes = find pretext to invade? Not likely.

I'm going say spot on, err vote, chose, or pick...

but for short, that is how "power playing" counties and companies (corporations) play.

Looks like foreign policy for any rich, powerful country.

Change "oil" to "resources" and "nukes" to "military power" and it looks like foreign policy for any rich, powerful country at any time in recorded history.
