This sounds like localized high blood pressure around the lacrimal apparatus (tear ducts) damaging capillaries there. I'm assuming they've ruled out conjunctivitis, aka pink eye, and a tumor. Anxiety only makes the symptoms, like the headaches, worse.
For some odd reason this condition presents itself at or near puberty, hormonal changes are suspected but have not been proved.
It's likely he'll grow out of this, people should just leave him him alone about it. |

The still frame before clicking play on the video shows a blood tear... for all we know he does it on purpose. For attention probably. Either that or hes a little bitch for crying so much hes chaffed his tear ducts. |
