because with ranged combat the game would have to calculate your entire shot at the moment you fire to determine if it's a kill or not so it can play the animation, skyrim doesn't pause and display the past for kill cams, it slows down and shows the kill as it happens

This is all content created in the same environment players can use to generate mods, with the entire game already existing. Meaning all team members, including those that have no idea how to go about creating content, could make additions. None of this content has even been debugged fully, balanced, optimized, etc. None of it involved creating new areas or animations (look at the vampire, he just floats around without flapping...). Many of these would increase the minimum specs and shipping both versions would make the game a much bigger file.

@ Victim - you have to remember that all these items where done once the tools where created - notice how they did not expand on story or quest? that poo takes time.

They did this in a week and this game was in development for how long again

sounds like they decided not to add it so they had more to add to future DLC

Made me wonder why some of those things weren't in the game. Especially the kill cams.

Not sure about dragon mounts to be honest. But some of these are sorely needed (horseback combat being one).

seems strange that some of the stuff like fast travel gates would only be included in this week, considering they were in Fallout 3, which is pretty much the same thing but with guns.

Skyrim s too flawed a game for me to enjoy properly. One or two of these tweaks would have made it a much better experience.
