And the reason the person is naked is because you have the option of wearing no clothes at all whilst swinging a gigantic purple dildo down the street.

You do realize that your link doesn't actually link to anything other than google's results for "Saints Row 3" which I already tried googling myself. I know it is a game, but I don't get why the character in the video is making those insane noises with no clothes on while swinging what looks like a purple dildo.

I know what this is, I played the game, finished it, enjoyed it. But didn't see any amusement in this animation whatsoever.
