I think i have to agree, while 124 is hot, maybe a tad over done. She looks rockn at 132, nice hips. |

And tedgp- the healthy way to lose weight is about 1-2 pounds a week, especially if it's a long term thing. A healthy lifestyle is more apt to fail if the person goes completely overboard. Plus, it's a bit harder for women to lose weight then it is for men. |

I don't know why but I think she overdid it in the last picture. She looked fantastic even as a bigger girl, she carried her weight well, but I think at 132 pounds she looked perfect.

That said, I lost about 40 lbs last year through simple dietary changes and a slight increase in activity. Easy as poo. |

I lost nearly the same weight (70lbs) and I love the feeling it gave me when I hit my ideal weight. Congrats to the woman who kicked her own ass hard enough to do the same for herself. |
