Monday, February 06, 2012 12:36:46 AM the problem, Altaru, is that not everyone has the a) time b) patience c) tech savy to have multiple accounts for everything they do in their lives so this is all from that perspective. It takes all of no time at all to make a new account, write down the details of that account, and use that account to sign up for all your porn e-zines. And the only reason it would take patience is if you fuck it up in the first place. If you made ONE account, then you should know how to make another. And the only people that would be hugely affected by this would be the people with accounts. Try again. Besides, if you don't have the time or patience to read through a privacy policy or two, especially a short and sweet one like Google's new simplified policy, then maybe you shouldn't be messing around with computers on your own. You might install ANOTHER ten useless toolbars... |

Saturday, February 04, 2012 10:05:01 PM Everybody masturbates, everybody looks at porn, as long as it is legal porn there is nothing to be ashamed of. People who hurt children are not punished severely enough . . . |

Friday, February 03, 2012 6:54:45 AM yeah chance, my wife wonders why there is so much info on her online, and almost none about me, she thinks I'm tech savvy, I keep telling her it's because I don't like social media... |

Friday, February 03, 2012 4:23:12 AM Um...everyone is so outraged by Google doing it, yet they minimize Facebook and surf the web...read Facebook's UELA...they blatantly tell you "Hey, as long as you have our page open, we're recording everything you do on your computer so we can customize sales to you individually...some of this information may be sold to those advertisers..." Read the UELA folks...we fight against privacy invasions and then give up our privacy... |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:20:19 PM For the people who say they don't care that Google is tracking everything they do, keep this in mind: It's a slippery slope. Once they get away with this things will only progress and they will become more invasive. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 8:01:26 PM I have nothing to hide. If they start posting that information publicly I might have a problem, but I don't give a hoot if google or some marketing company knows what kind of comics I read or videos I watch. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 4:00:46 PM @squidbush. and that is exactly why i'm closing my youtube acct and anything else remotely connected to google. i don't even tell my man what kind of weird porn i'm into. i see no reason to give a search engine a view into my psyche. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 2:54:20 PM This isn't an invasion of privacy! Using Google isn't like looking for something on your own, it's like asking someone else to find it for you. It's your problem if you don't want them to know what you've asked them to find, they have every right to remember what you've told them. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:47:04 AM So, it's invasion of privacy when google does it, but it's "Patriotic" when the US government did it after 9/11? ooookay |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:45:35 AM These people are utter morons... Seriously, there's plenty of ways to avoid having your info used in ways you don't want, it's all explained to anyone who's actually explored Google. But here's the real kicker: I have three Google accounts. Only ONE is tied to my real name and info. Know what I use that one for? Professional stuff. The other two are used for my youtube mini-series and a garbage dump Gmail respectively. Problem. Solved. Just another case of Fox and those so-called "privacy advocates" blowing things out of proportion to scare their ignorant viewers and gain ratings. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:43:59 AM Firefox + NoScript = problem solved It blocks google-analytics.com (the thing that tracks everything) from running on websites, as well as many other spywares and ads. Although if you're logged in your google account and using google services that might not do much. |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:15:16 AM @crackrjak: I watched the video without prejudice, came out of it with the exact sentiment as LazyMe84 (and as far as I can tell we don't usually agree). Sorry but that "News" report was ridiculous and doesn't seem reliable |

Thursday, February 02, 2012 11:12:42 AM Crakr, this is entertainment; nothing more than a glorified talk show. Actual news programs are dead. |
