That is the grossest thing I've heard in a long time.
Here's a thought: I'm sure there's a lot of kids who participated in this that had no idea they were being violated. Do you tell them the truth and scar them for life, or just let them go about their lives happy and oblivious to the fact that they were molested?
If it were my kid, I would definitely think long and hard (sorry) about telling them the truth.

They can screen out those with a record (as a teacher I get a full criminal check every 3 years) but until the get caught not much they can do.
I have sat on interviews where the applicant was turned down and we all wordlessly agreed that the guy was 'creepy'. Unfair and subjective maybe but sometimes you go wih your gut.
