the war on drugs is ridiculous. it seems like common sense that if you pursue a matter with opposing view points there will all ways be an arms race. Just look at the GOP primaries. Maybe its time to reevaluate how the drug issue is handled.

I think it is funny people have so much to say about this topic, I used to smuggle heroin from TJ into SD until... long story short I am 3 years sober and i know that no matter what you do you can not stop the drug war. Everyone is replaceable in that business from the drug dealer to the government officials. |

One bank, Wachovia (now part of Wells Fargo), was discovered to have allowed billions of dollars of dirty money to be laundered for the Sinaloa cartel. (The amount is staggering: $378,000,000,000… which is about a third of Mexico's GDP; the bank paid out $160 million to the Feds to settle the issue without having to admit fault.)

Pay attention to #8: "Fast & Furious" is directly from Obama: he wanted to creat a 'situation' whereby he could try to restrict gun ownership in the USA. He's been talking about just that since he started campaigning, but the MSM will NEVER let you know that, eh?
Anyhow this is backfiring BIG time! Holder has purjured himself and the paper trail leads stright to the White House...
Oh, and legalize it! Just like Prohibition, the gangs will fade away once it's legal. |

I live in Tucson, so about as close as you can get. Im sure the smaller towns have been affected differently but you only get in trouble if you mess with durgs or mexicans. |

drug users...this is the cost of getting high.
but since morons will always do drugs there is only one way to stop the murders, gangs, violence, etc.
LEGALIZE drugs.
honestly that would stop the gangs and drug cartels in their tracks instantly.
