1) She's an idiot for taking nude pictures of herself. Don't take nude pictures of yourself if you're not prepared for someone else to view them.
2) Do we really think this is the first time she sent that picture to somebody? 99.98913% chance she's sent them to some boy.
3) He's an idiot for sending the pics. That's obviously distribution of pornography of a minor. He deserves at least SOME negative repercussions for what he did.
4) This is why you don't give teenagers cell phones with camera capabilities. Because they are stupid.
5) Some people will say she had a "right" to take the pictures of herself. But my question is, what did she intend to do with them? If she didn't immediately delete them after taking them, it can be safely assumed she was planning on showing them to SOMEBODY. I say charge HER with possession of child pornography with intent to distribute. |

He doesn't deserve jail or prison, just a year or two of anger management. His life doesn't need to be destroyed because he has no damn common sense. An idiot? Absolutely. A sick pedophile? No. That girl should have known better too.Parenting has a big part of this, and even if her mother had no part of this situation,.....She should have raised her slutty daughter better. |

DrProfessor, I'm not talking about an interest in sex. Trust me, I was interested in sex (hell, I was HAVING sex) before 16. I'm saying that a lot of teenage girls don't send nude photos of themselves to anyone because they're interested in sex. It's often because they're interested in attention. |

Look. 16 isn't a magical age at which children suddenly become aware of and interested in sex. Hell, I was interested in sex in elementary school! I remember trying to puzzle the process out in third grade, and actually getting pretty close to the mark.
I had seen a girl's boobs before I was 16. That's pretty common--and the girls involved weren't psychologically destroyed products of broken homes. They were just sexually curious teenagers. |

when I was in junior high, a chick had taken pictures of herself and had them printed. those pictures got copied on the xerox machine and were passed around (albeit black and white).
sluts are going to slut, its just the digital age has made it easier.
if you find pictures of your kids on their phone, you don't spam it to their friends to 'teach them a lesson,' you sit them down and talk about what they have done. this idiots logic was no different than the parents who see their kids smoking and make them smoke 100+ cigarettes. |

did i misread? it wasnt her Dad it was her moms' boyfriend. girl with low self esteem, mother who puts her own needs before her kids, and a boyfriend that clearly is a fudgetard, recipe for bad for sure and it coulda been worse. |

If the man is charged for the exploitation of a minor, shouldn't the girl be charged for having child pornography?
She photographed a minor naked and had it stored on her phone. |

and
"Investigators do not believe Foster was intentionally trying to exploit the child"
WTF? Yes, he was stupid, but isn't there some lesser charge? He'll go to jail for child pornography and he'll be on a Sexual Deviant list for the rest of his life even though authorities know he is not a sexual predator of children.
