Yes, real women have curves... unless one is naturally thin-then I guess she can't be a real woman.
Curves is different from fat. Having a little meat on your bones(Everybody has that) is different from fat.
Starving oneself and slaving away in a gym is different from eating nutritiously and getting a proper amount of exercise.
Being confident and comfortable in ones' own skin does not mean that one is not overweight/underweight, obese, or lacks physical endurance. It just means that one is willing to feel good about being less than optimum.

Real women have curves... Super thin girls, like Christina USED to be back when her pop career was at its peak, are gross... What happened to us as a society? We used to look to women like Marilyn Monroe, Bettie Page, Audrey Hepburn, and Elizabeth Taylor for our examples of beauty... What do they all have in common? Not a SINGLE one of them under a size 8... That's called REALISTIC. Today's prerequisite for what is hot is just absolutely unattainable without relentless work...
TRUE beauty doesn't require that much work... Just be at your body's natural median weight. You don't have to spend countless hours wasting away in a gym and starving yourself to be beautiful... Just be active and eat right to keep yourself within a healthy weight range. Be confident and comfortable in your own skin.
