Yeah, absurdly stupid people piss me off too.
You know what's worse though?
When they think they're correcting you, but really they're just demonstrating more of their own stupidity. They act all smug and self-satisfied, like they finally showed you up. Meanwhile you're going, "No, you moron, a ping-pong ball and a billiard ball *DO* fall at the same speed in a vacuum. Heavier objects do NOT fall faster than light ones. Go read a book!"
Ugh.
I like being corrected when I'm wrong, but I *HATE* being "corrected" when I'm right. |
