You cant prosecute the robbery or theft. You can prosecute the car accident though. You can document for the insurance companies how the accident occurred to give them problems. If the white guys are stupid, they will tell the cops they tried buying weed from inside the car and legally, the cops can repossess your car and add it to their fleet if its worthy of a felony conviction based on past offenses.
