i live here and this cop is a douch ...this isnt the first time he assulted someone.. the women was crazy drunk .,.see footage in the bar ...ut he was found guilty ...and is losing his job .. |

I do enjoy the fact that before his foot even rest back on the ground, he is already looking at the paper and continuing to write down the citation. To the few that said she was kicked in the forehead.....No, you are wrong.
She got kicked at the base of the skull that meets the jaw. this was a well placed kick that usually ends up with at minimum a dazed head, at max, even at low strength, a knockout.
She will be fine in the morning, he will have avoided injury, and she is a little bit wiser for it.
So STFU criminal lovers. Shes commiting a crime, the only right she has at the moment is to remain silent, or the cop will shut her up. |

This was appropriate force. He disabled her ability to further attempt harm to him or herself. Sure he could have just done it through paperwork, while she continues to thrash about.
No, this was correct force. Stupid mean person shouldnt have assaulted him. He put that boot on the button. Perfect spot to daze her and make sure she doesnt again. He dosnt kick her repeatedly, he doesnt taze her which could kill her. He knocks her cold...

And I bet he kept his job and had a congratulatory party back at the station...in my town about 90 % of the cops are on the take and don't give a flying drat about protecting anything that isn't their money or status. They don't care about the people at all. I could totally see this happening in my town and that scares the hell out of me. |

You're probably get your info from the movies & TV, where is Politicaly Correct to make 'Da Man' the bad guy and to make the 'poor underprivileged who never got a shot at life had to turn to crime, but for the best of reasons, and he's actually a victim of society'. Movies ain't real.
She kicked somebody and got, at most, a headeach. Had she tried that to some none cops, she could have gotten cut-up or dead. I deal with officers quite often. I've met exactly one (1) who was a douche. That's a pretty good average. On the other hand, I work in a bad part of town. I've been threatened, seen a shooting, had my truck vandalized amoung other things. Not too good of a average on the citizens' part. |
