I want to see something really impressive. I want to see something excellent that was made in China. Yeah they can get a lot of work done. It's easy to make things of poor quality(or poo quality). |

kinky_afr0: I used the word 'housing' as a general term for property with a building on it. Perhaps the term 'Real Estate' might've been better, but real estate may or may not have a building on the property. Hotel or not, most buildings like this remain virtually unoccupied in China.

That buiding might have been "assembled" in 15 days, but not "built" in that time period. I'm sure it took many months for all of the prefabing. |

And I bet not a single floor of it is occupied. China has been on a huge building boom, but no one lives or works in these new buildings. It's China's way of keeping people employed, for the moment, but it's going to lead to an unprecedented housing crash there in the future. |

even with prefab parts it still is fast. as for the appearance part, i dont think it really matters. its a simple hotel for ppl to spend a couple of nights when they visit the place for busyness or something like that. i like this whole thing. kudos to chinese (especially if it as good as they say) |
