Yes, this is "The Amazing Spider-Man", which aired from 1977 to 1979. (IMDB) I quite enjoyed it at the time.
However, if you want really freaking bizarre, there is also the 1978-1979 "Spider-Man" series from Japan, where he had a race car, a transforming bike, and A GIANT FREAKING ROBOT. Yes, really. (IMDB) I've seen some of it and it is SO WRONG (though still somewhat entertaining). |

This isn't from 1970. It's from 1977 I believe. I remember rushing home from little league football practice to watch this on CBS. |

This was the poo in the day. I'm pretty sure it's from the late 70s maybe even early 80s tho. I could swear I watched it first time around when I was a kid. |
